Where is my package?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 5 to 6 business days for delivery within the EU. If these time frames have passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for your tracking link to become active.
